Background Information Salt and Pepper Catering is owned and managed by James and Gushelah Shipton. James Shipton – English Gushelah Shipton – South African Salt and Pepper was started in January 2004 Before we started Salt and Pepper James & Gushelah both worked in the UK for Party Ingredients one of London’s most prestigious catering companies. Catering For special events ranging from Large scale Corporate Parties in Grand Museums to small intimate Dinners in Private Homes to Cocktail Receptions in Government Buildings and Royal Palaces. Events we catered included the Queens Golden Wedding Anniversary, The Queen Mother’s 100th Birthday Celebration, Jaguar Formula 1 launch Party, Buckingham Palace Tea Party, Various Large Corporate Parties. James & Gushelah met while working in London. Our Food Our Philosophy and approach to food is quite simple. Freshness, quality and seasonal produce form the basis for all our menus.
